Route Restrictions

1. ECMS requires addresses to be filled out in full English.

2. ECMS service is generally used for personal customs clearance, and parcels sent must be within the scope of personal reasonable use. If losses such as failure to clear customs occur due to exceeding the scope of personal reasonable use, the user shall bear the responsibility.

3. When using ECMS to process shipping procedures, an accurate address is required. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate and complete address, including the apartment number (if the delivery address is an apartment or multi-unit housing, the room number/unit number must be specified), accurate street information (avoid using abbreviations or vague descriptions), the correct postal code, the correct house number (if there is a floor or unit number, it must also be indicated), and do not fill in a private mailbox at the post office or a courier station; it must be a physical address that can be directly delivered to. Please be sure to respond to the available dates and times in the arrival instructions sent by the shipping company to the purchaser.

4. Returns due to the recipient's reasons will incur additional fees. Subsequently, an email will be sent to notify of the recovery, and the customer service will deduct it from the balance.

5. Lithium batteries are prohibited on the entire ECMS route. If your goods contain lithium batteries, please select the option [Remove Excess Lithium Batteries]. The warehouse will remove all lithium batteries from your goods by default. Any losses caused by possible return due to failure to select this option shall be borne by yourself.

6. Korea PCCC Notice
When the destination country is set to Korea, a PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code) is required for shipping.
PCCC stands for Personal Customs Clearance Code, which is a personal customs clearance number required for import customs procedures in Korea.
For personal shipments to Korea, regardless of the recipient’s nationality, the recipient must prepare a PCCC number in advance. After receiving a notification via SMS or email, please follow the instructions to submit your PCCC number so that the customs clearance process can be completed smoothly.
